George Karl coached six NBA teams and 1999 regular season NBA games between 1985-2016. His 1996 Sonics battled Michael Jordan in the NBA Finals before losing in 6 games. But there is so much more to George than just the games he coached. He has survived cancer twice, played in the ABA, spent time with Phil Jackson in Montana, raised a son who walked on at Boise State, played in the NBA, and will be a future NBA coach. George calls Michael Jordan a friend, and has learned to appreciate rap artists like Gucci Mane. At the 38:48 mark he admits his guilt when Sam Perkins tells a funny story about him. He has stories about coaching Allen Iverson, Carmelo Anthony, and his great Seattle teams. He is one of the most honest people in the basketball family and this show is guaranteed to make you smile.
